Paleo Skinny Fudge


Fudge is probably one of the most delicious things a girl can eat, and now it's one of the healthiest! This recipe only uses healthy fats and an all natural sweetener that will not spike your blood sugar or tank your energy. It makes a great afternoon snack or after dinner treat!


Walnut Fudge, Candy, Milk, Cold 


Paleo Skinny Fudge (makes a small amount, but enough to share with one more person)

2 Tablespoon melted coconut oil
1 Tablespoons HEB Organics Zero calorie sweetener made with Stevia Leaf Extract (9.8 ounce container)
2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
1 Tablespoon coconut or almond milk
a pinch of salt

Stir ingredients together (except milk) in s small bowl. Slowly add milk and stir well. Pour into custard cup lined with plastic wrap. Put in refrigerator for 1 hour or until fudge hardens.
