Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats No Sugar Added

Being able to grab and go for breakfast is nice on any morning. Thinking ahead the night before and making something healthy for your grab and go meal is even better! 

These overnight oats are a great option for a healthy grab and go breakfast. WIth fiber, protein, antioxidants, and hydration, you will feel satisfied for hours. You can also make this ahead of time for a quick, light dinner or dessert. The benefits also will even outweight the small amount of prep time. Oats can help reduce cholesterol, cinnamon is a good blood sugar regulator, and some studies show that eating apples regularly can help you live longer! 


All you do, seriously, is just mix these ingredients in a small/medium mason jar (about the size of a water glass), close the lid, shaike it up, and then let it sit in the fridge over night. The oats will soak up the milk without any heat. 

 1/2 diced apple 

1 scoop Plexus Lean Vanilla protein powder or True Athlete Vanilla Protein Powder (both are whey)

1/2 cup old fashioned oats

1/2 cup unsweet vanilla almond milk (or oat milk would work well too!)

1/4 tsp organic cinnamon

1 tsp chia seeds

Just mix, close lid, shake to mix, and then refrigerate overnight. All done and ready to go!

You will thank yourself in the morning when this hardy, nutritious breakfast is ready to go with you for a busy day, Don't forget a spoon!
