Metabolic Flexibility for Weight Loss and Energy

Have you heard of Metabolic Flexibility? It's the body's ability to burn either fat or sugar for energy, so that it's not dependant on constantly being fueled with sugar/carbs for energy.

If you don't have it, then you are stuck in the frustration of a sugar-for-fuel cycle. This can cause problems like increased sugar cravings, very low blood sugar dips and intense hunger. Metabolic Flexibility breaks this cycle and introduces healthy fats for energy. 

Metabolic Flexibilty is achievable by working with a Metabolic Terrain Advocate. There are about 800 of us all over the world.  We will approach your health situation very systematically. 

1) You'll take the FREE Terrain Ten survey online to discover your top 3 terrains that need rebalancing. Is it hormones? Blood sugar? Genetics? Mental Health? (I'm not sure until you take the survey!). Just fill out the contact form below and put Terrain Survey in the message box. 

2) I will contact you when your results are in, to see if you would like a Terrain Consultation. There is a fee for this but my prices are reasonable. Metabolic Terrain advocate charge $200-$300 per hour, but I will do this terrain review with you for $120!

3) If you decide to do the Terrain Consultation, you get a one hour terrain review and 1:1 consultation with me, and then you get a list of terrain tips straight from me for each of your top terrains. After this consultation, if we decide you need metabolic flexibility, then we schedule a few more calls. Metabolic Flexibility takes a series of at least 4 phone calls which can take 4-8 weeks.
