Try these 10 Low Calorie, Healthy swaps for common junk foods:
  1. Swap potato chips for green pea crisps or popcorn. Green pea crisps are low calorie and have more fiber and protein. Popcorn is also low calorie and has good fiber. 
  2. Swap a candy bar for a Built Bar. Built Bars are the most delicious protein bars, and they taste like a candy bar! They are also low calorie, naturally sweetened and high fiber/high protein. My favorite flavor is the cookies and cream. 
  3. Swap icecream for greek yogurt or keto icecream with low sugar. Ice cream can be a huge factor with weight gain, and it's WAY to easy to eat too much. Make a smarter choice and you can drastically decrease your calories for the day while keeping your protein/vitamins/minerals in check. 
  4. Swap regular soda for zevia soda or the Pink Drink (Plexus Slim). Zevia is naturally sweetened with zero sugar added. The pink drink from Plexus has no sugar, great flavor, naturally sweetend plus has added ingredients for weight loss! 
  5. Swap out cookies for  apple slices and peanut butter/chocolate chips.
