Metabolic Health Program- Update

With my new Terrain Advocate certification I can coach on healthy lifestyle and metabolic health. This feeds into a healthier body weight, better energy through the day and bigger issues like lowering cancer risk. Who is ready for a New Year, New Mindset and New Metabolism??

Here's how it's structured. 

The cost is $125. It will take about 1 hour of your own time to get through an online Terrain Ten survey, and then 1 hour of time with me on the phone or a virtual consult to review results. You can do this in addition to weekly nutrition calls or instead of. I highly suggest to do this first, before starting the nutrition calls, as it helps me approach your nutrition status from a metabolic and holistic perspective. 

There are 10 areas of metabolic health. These are Genetics, Blood sugar, Gut health, Circulation, Stress and biorythms, Mental health, Toxicity, Inflammation, Immunity and Hormone balance. After you take the Terrain Ten Survey, you will know your personal top 2-3 areas that need attention/rebalancing. 

The second hour is time with Tressa reviewing these 2-3 Terrains in detail. You will learn more about these areas of health as well as receive personal lifestyle coaching for rebalancing these terrains for optimal metabolism and reduced cancer risk. Typical benefits include feeling less over whelmed. You will gain a sense of clarity and confidence to know what to focus on next. It may not be what you think! These results can also be used to guide the Test, Asses, Address process as we know more of which types of tests you can benefit from once we know which terrains are of concern. For example, if genetics is your top terrain, I'd suggest you get a genetics test done. If hormone balance is a top terrain, we may ask your doctor to test vitamin d levels, etc. I can also use this information to provide detailed nutrition recommendations based on terrain concerns. 

After the Terrain Ten results review call, if you would like continue nutrition or Terrain lifestyle calls, the price is $79/month for 4 weekly calls.
