Paleo Brownies with Flax

Can brownies be healthy? Of course they can, and thank goodness for that. You just need a healthy recipe, like this one!

The unsweet cocoa in these brownies can strengthen your heart, support detox, boost mood and lower cancer risk. The eggs are full of protein and vitamins, and the added flax helps promote hormone balance. You may decide to get these brownies made and ready for breakfast, and not just for dessert. It's about time we can eat brownies and feel great, rather than tired the rest of the day!
