No Meat Dinner Ideas- Vegetarian or Pescatarian

 With all the talk about the benefits of Plant Based eating, you may be ready to update your meal plans and  incorporate another meal or two a week without meat. You may just need a few fresh ideas to add some variety and an extra level of health to the dinner table. So, I've put together a few dinner ideas that are not only healthy and plant based (a few have fish, but no meats), but they also look to please even the picky taste buds. 

Personally, I still really like fish and see benefits to it, so I've purposely added a couple of recipe links that have fish.

This one vegan chili just about perfect. Be careful for the spice, adjust as needed:

This recipe for Vegan Fried Rice looks so yummy. You could also add eggs. The tamarind is basically soy sauce:

BBQ Cauliflower Bites Bowl


For this Quinoa Burrito Bowl, it looks like there is a lot of quinoa in the bowl, but quinioa has quite a bit of calories, so just be careful on serving size. I would not eat more than 1/2 cup.

This Sheet pan Chipotle Lime Shrimp Bake looks divine. I'd just use less butter for calorie sake.

Fish tacos sound so good, right?!  It's a classic way to get the fish in the plans with maximum flavor. You could also use other types of fish like salmon or trout.
