 1. Insider info for better results. Holistic nutritionists are experts. We generally read everything possible to learn more about optimal nutrition. We read online articles, studies, books, magazines and food labels. We also tend to walk the talk. Personally, I eat about 80% plant based and I'm a long distance runner. I'm constantly testing foods for my clients, posting recipes, sending links, and thinking about how my clients can get better results. 

2. Customized plans for faster results. When I start working with a client, the first thing I do is send a questionnaire that helps me better understand where they are and what they need. I then customize a nutrition plan for them. This all happens before our first phone call. Then, we talk weekly, every single week, for as many weeks as they need. I'm not sure that every holistic nutritionist does this, but I know I do, and it works really well for my clients. 

3. Endless encouragement. The weekly calls I give my clients have several purposes, but the number one reason I call is to encourage them to keep going and keep making healthy changes. I make sure they know about all the things they are doing right, and I make notes of weekly wins. This is a life-changing process if you have never tried it. My clients benefit from my prompt calls and positive energy. They love it!
