Hi Clients!
Here is a list of pre-approved desserts. Calories will vary but most of them will be around 200-300 calories for a medium serving (at most).
Lilly's chocolates (HEB or Sprouts, sometimes Kroger)
No Guilt Chocolate chip cookies recipe
Paleo Brownies Recipe
Paleo Lemon Pound Cake

So Delicious No Sugar Added Ice creams
A small piece of fruit (pear, 1/4 c blueberries, peach, apple, 1/2 banana)
Red, White and Blue Super-food Fruit Salad
Yeast Free Creme Brulee
Paleo Chocolate Meringue Pie
Yeast Free Coffee Cake
Enjoy! If you decide to go for a "Regular"dessert, then just cut the serving size in about half, and drink lots of water, and skip other carbs earlier in the day if you can. Remember, your results will almost always match your efforts. Being "good" at dessert time will totally pay off.
